Just curious, do ECOS and Lake Shore have a contract stating that Lake Shore cannot purchase the patent, then use their ECOS prototype to replicate the system for themselves, thus removing ECOS compleatly? Or, does ECOS have exclusive rights to the patent protecting it from other third party purchase or use?
