Agree, I am very confident that this will be successful as well. I am very excited for how VB111 will change prognoses for several cancers.

Confident for different reasons though. I just think this company put in the hard work to get the science right. Many big pharma companies enter into trials with weak rationales in hopes of a payday. I would image many small biotechs do the same - I just can't speak to the later from my experience.

What you are saying about facilities, Lee family, skipping Ph2B rGBM, direct to Ph3 Ovarian collectively improve the confidence of many here on this forum that VB111 will be successful. We have discussed them ad nauseum. However, assuming those all point to good outcome could be a logical fallacy.


From a recent example: Juno started to build a manufacturing facility in preparation for approval in Feb 2015. Their pivotal trial JCAR015 got placed on clinical hold in July 2016 and eventually canceled in Nov 2016.

That said, I really do think that VB-111 will be a great success and I am very excited to hear the results!
