CRRA/NHMD WAS SEVERELY DELINQUENT in its filings and still RMd and ran .002-.XX
The otc is about dd but also a place where unexpected events occur. CRRA was a dead ticker with tons of shares and debt and then BOOM we nearly retired because it ran suddenly.
We have interviewed no one about RMTD, we have no proprietary research or undisclosed documents about the stock. We BELIEVE IN MIRACLES like when a group of US college kids beat the Russian hockey squad in the olympics back in the 80s. Maybe your correct but my firm only bets what we can afford to lose!
For someone who is so convinced that a "dead" ticker can't move you devote a lot of time to focusing on it.
As for .00001 trades you are correct: HOWEVER the brokerages do warehouse the shares, they don't just disappear. Manipulation in back offices is rampant, call one and ask about a no bid ticker: THEY WILL ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE AN IRS TAX LOSS. Where do those shares go? Into their warehouse.
RMTD is a severely delinquent ticker that still trades? Why? Shouldn't it be RMTDQ by now? Shouldn't the SEC be all over it? Only time will tell!
