I think so. I'd have to dig to find the documents. They may be published somewhere...I think most of the key staff were allotted a certain amount of shares. I'd also thought it would have been a great motivator for the staff to do their best. And for the second time I wish I were a fly on the wall in the Breathtec offices...I would really like to know the reasons for the resignation.
