Very peculiar indeed. Wish there was a straight answer. Kate's response in her blog after I posted my DD from USAid was that it won't show up on the computer database for as much as 90 days after funds are disbursed. This makes no sense to me but...ok. It's as simple as doing another FOIA request around 90 days after she sends out a PR stating receiving funds. Easy peasy. I'm not going to continue to get emotional over it.

In any case, the "market" feels optimistic about QEDN hence the consolidation in the upper trips instead of the lower trips. So whether you believe it's all legit, all BS, or something in between, there is (at least for now) an opportunity for economic gain from this stock. That's at least an improvement in overall sentiment over the last few months.
