Agree, if we put the game theory hat, May be Jenny is fronting for and has her hands tied by Sander Gerber CIO at HB. DCTH even assigned a patent to HB, take a look at this link below..its quite possible that Jenny is getting guidance to profit HB through preferreds and RS while siphoning out the value from minority SH to HB...just a speculative game/mosaic theory, I have nothing to back that up. This may be the reason why Jenny wss insistent on RS with no BK or BO ' HBs vested interest will be diluted. Hopefully iys not true!
