I would venture a guess if it splits now...it dies.

Without SIGNIFICANT CONTRACTS....people will unload upon news of a r/s vote. Kong also has deals that will be null and void upon a reverse split.

Reverse Splits NEVER work in businesses in ASTIs situation. They work when a company has turned their business all the way around which includes having a company that is PROFITABLE. ASTI has a long way to go before they should reverse split for the purpose of increasing pps price. However, of course sh*t could go south at any moment and dumb a** could do it again.

Until then, look for an aerospace contract...and maybe a couple of good quarters.
