"DaveG:: Here's an interesting comp. Detour Gold, much lower grade but larger throughput mine with a C$3.1 billion mkt cap currently trades 17.5 times cash flow. Taking Pretium's projected cash flow from your table at the midpoint of base and high ($1250/oz) yields $3.5B over ten years, or after tax US$350 mm a year. Now multiply by the Detour cash flow valuation (17.5), divide by PVG shares os yields $32.50 a share.
The day DGC announced commercial production in 2013 the shares were C$10 (gold price $1365), up 70% since then today and as high as C$40 in July 2016.
IMHO, PVG is much higher quality than DGC, should trade at no lower price to cash flow than DGC."
