Yep, raffy has done these reverse merger divi deals before. It is an attempt to clear the name, start over and issue new shares as divi to buy time and get retail shareholders to promote the stock while they are in the 2 year restricted period. Smitty is green and raffy is teaching him the pinkies deal.
