I'm just so confused, 99% of the forum is now saying wc will not release a PR since wc is a hedge fund and not a tradable company , and others insist the 10 business day rule that they must release a PR. Why do those that insist on there being PR feel the way they do? I've gotten no traction with this question? I'm not trying to be an bAsher, I have shares , I just want to understand that sides reasoning here.
