I spoke to the IR rep who took care of some PRs a few yrs back.
I asked if he was still working for them and if they were still an active company.
He said he didn't know whether they were active or not, but he only dealt w/ them a number of times.
He hasn't been compensated for the last invoice so... Red alert.
Aside from them saying they were shutting down their site temporarily back when the acquisition happened and it still being down... Dunno.

Unusual volume.
