WHY ARE GOOGLE’S TOP OWNERS DUMPING THEIR SHARES AT UNPRECEDENTED AMOUNTS? WHAT DOES THIS TREND MEAN FOR THE COMPANY?

The Media has dubbed Max Sound Corporation and their many lawsuits against Google, as the David vs. Google-iath story. One that is certainly making waves in the media, but has to be shaking Google and YouTube’s executive team to the core.

When one takes a look at the most recent Insider Trades from Google, it’s plain to see something is happening over in “Don’t Be Evil” land. But what is it?

Recently in December, we posted an article called, MAX SOUND LOOKS TO SHAKE GOOGLE & YOUTUBE TO CORE where we discussed how Google was caught too many times with their hand in the cookie jar. At that time, Max Sound was serving up what appeared to be lawsuit #4 but from what we can tell, a few more have come knocking on Google’s door.

Why is Max Sound going after Google, YouTube and others so hard, quite simply, they are making a stand for all Entrepreneurs, Patent Owners, Inventors, Creators and doers of all things technology, and they are taking their fight against one of the most violent offenders of other people’s work.

Max Sound Corporation has license rights to VSL Technology, a technology that is key and integral to over 62 Billion a year in advertising revenue that Google generates on their search engines and used through YouTube.

Google seemed to have liked this technology so much, they decided to call it their own, and sent back the very proof they were taking it with their return notes. It get’s worse for Google, because it appears there are so many others they have done this to.

Max Sound made a request to Entrepreneurs the world around whom have experienced such a blatant disregard and infringement of privately owned technology and patents. They want to help you in your fight against Google and YouTube for taking what was your’s and kicking you to the curb.

Equally entertaining to the VSL Post-Its-Notes story is a story reported in a news article “Architect Eli Attia Sues Google for Stealing Invention” under a paragraph named “Like a Fox Caught in the Henhouse.”

As Patent Stock Review wrote, “like the Post-Its-Notes Report MAXD PSR, it’s humorous to the point where you realize that people’s lives, hard work and rights to invention are being allegedly trampled. Until Max Sound agreed to work with Attia, when asked why he hadn’t sued Google, he stated, “The answer is simple. I cannot initiate a legal battle against one of the greatest economic giants in the world.”

Don’t just take our word for it, maybe a snippet from Attorney General, Jim Hood of Mississippi will help. In a letter sent to Google by Hood, he writes, “In my ten years as Attorney General, I have dealt with a lot of large corporate wrongdoers. I must say that yours is the first I have encountered to have no corporate conscience for the safety of its customers, the viability of its fellow corporations or the negative economic impact on the nation which has allowed your company to flourish.”

View Attorney General Hood’s letter on the NY Times.

When we all think of Google, we think of a company with such massive reach and access to cash that it would be unthinkable for a small, little known company like Max Sound to waste time and money going after.

The default thought for many is they will just bury them in Attorney Fees and paperwork so high they couldn’t see over the top. But this isn’t the case.

See Max Sound Corporation has insulated themselves with a few incredibly powerful law firms, even taking cases on CONTINGENCY! Yup, that is correct, if MAX-D doesn’t win this case, then their firm makes nothing.

So what would incentivize such a firm to put their own attorneys, money and hard work on the line for a contingency?

Well that’s a simple answer… Google isn’t going to win this case in their mind. The evidence against Google is just way too strong. They have in a sense admitted their wrong doing by sending back the proof via Post-It-Notes of what they were doing wrong.

And because this isn’t Google’s, 1st, 2nd or 3rd time doing this, most parties feel it’s time for Google to face the music. They are going to lose, or settle but either way, Max Sound isn’t going away until the results they want are achieved.

We just love this write-up and want to share with you from Patent Stock Review, their comments are just spot on.

On May 29th, 2014 Max Sound a California-based pioneer of high-definition audio technology announced that it acquired the worldwide rights from VSL Communications, to an Optimized Data Transmission system, that during the encoding/decoding process, can reduce audio and video content to 3% of its original size.

We’re not rocket scientists but at the same time, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that any technology which creates a “measurable” reduction in audio or video file size – is valuable technology. And that any technology which can reduce file size by more than 10% is extremely valuable and also called the Holy Grail amongst Internet experts – the type of thing hot IPO’s are made of. So when a company puts out a claim of a 97% reduction in file size –we get interested in a big way.

After reading this, you may come to realize how undervalued Max Sound Corporation is, and why we continue to feature them as a truly disruptive project.

Feel free to reach out to Max Sound Corporation directly or contact us if you want to know more.

We believe this company is just getting started.
