How many BK stocks involve posting insider info? I've dealt with a few distressed stocks before.

Its recipient could have kept the "supposed" insider info to himself, then reported it to the SEC.

Oh well, no problem, there is a data trail. SEC's job. Hopefully, SOUPQ holders get an 8-K soon.
