I'm pretty sure I know why they haven't stopped the NWS. They huffed and they puffed, pumped up their chests, then realized they didn't have any funding for the insurance subsidies without the NWS.........which would put a few million people without health insurance who would then blame the Trump administration. Their thinking would be, although highly illegal, better to piss off 14,000 shareholders than a few million moochers on federal insurance assistance.
It's a chicken shit compromise but that's probably exactly how it went. I look forward, in the future, to a class action lawsuit to try to put the government on its knees as a turnabout for fair play.
