Hassett said that before they decided to upgrade the software to be compatible with more vehicles and more equipment that it still had a 'few minor' updates to be made. But prior to that he had announced it done and ready to see. Given the first software and harnessing took months I believe when he said that the updates would be weeks, he meant like enough weeks to add up to several months. I can't imagine the harnessing for a Ford F series working for a Dodge much less class 4 and higher trucks. Not only that the cost of doing that process (pretty much started this time last year) was $500,000 dollars.
Their refusal to put it too much out in the public eye before its done is a good thing because first impressions are everything. I just hope that it eventually has the performance and reliability that they deem it worthy of marketing openly.
I still think we have a likely chance of at least one more significant dilution event to pay bills or raise cash that will drastically impact price. I hope I'm wrong, but they were offering warrants below market value just a couple of weeks ago. They wouldn't be doing that unless they really needed cash (because BellRidge financing inaccessible) and if they were pretty far from having positive news. I think we are at least 1.5 months away from anything significant.
