For Long Term investors here I would suggest reading the last 10Q. This company could be promising but they will need Institutional Investors to buy in. Other wise they will stay in debt(in 10Q) and the pps will never increase. The Gov has given money for R&D and there is no guarantee that they will fund them anymore.

I own a lot of shares and will stay long and hope that they gain interest. With all the debt the question is what big investors would invest in them? imo
