Musclepharm - Left MP when they were on path to do big numbers. There was no disagreement between me and the company I just felt my time was done there and wanted a new challenge. The company was going in a different direction than I saw it, so it was best to go at that time. Left on good terms

FITX. I was hired by a friend Jeff Thomas who I actually helped bring it into the industry. He and Bill had a product line Cenergy they wanted to bring to market. I brought them to several international countries and to GNC and Europa. We were growing big but their focus turned to Medical MMJ in Canada and the supplements became an afterthought to them, if the license came through for them in Canada it would have been major for the company. I could have stayed on and collected a check to do nothing but that's not how I roll. So it was time to go. Took a good year break or so before starting F3 Innovations LLC.

About 8 months into F3 I was offered the opportunity to go public with BRZL like I did with MP so I jumped on it. Problem was we could never get the transaction to fully close the deal. After 8 months of that it was time to roll out.

ARNH kind of fell into my lap. I met Adrian and team through a mutual friend and was able to negotiate a great deal to take over ARNH and bring F3 into the pubco so I took the leap of faith. Transaction closed and now I am CEO and F3 is under it.
