So many words, so many misdirections (to us) that it is difficult to know anything for sure. But the last filing does seem to indicate that a settlement is in the offing. That said, many of the events recently preceding this document indicated that we were headed to trial. Maybe we will find out that both are correct -- some issues will be settled; some will continue to be litigated.
