The case number you gave isn't relevant since it's the same case number as the original lawsuit. Right now, other than you saying that it's in appeal, there's no other evidence that it's actually in appeal.

The new CEO is irrelevant - he's a full time real estate agent. He has no experience in the coffee industry, no experience as a CEO that we know of, no experience dealing with lawsuits, etc. He's not giving any public information and hasn't been filing the required reports with the SEC.

We don't even know how many shares are outstanding. Some people are saying that there are 5X the number listed on sites like Yahoo.

The beans are available on Amazon? That's not news - they were listed on Amazon last year and didn't make much of a difference in total sales.
