Management (or should we say the sole employee) has been resiliently silent since they started the massive dillution of shares 6 months ago. They have created relationships with toxic lenders that are on SEC/OTC watch lists. Healthy hemp and FBEC is a scam. They don't even have anything proprietary, no trademarks and no patents. If their crap product even came close to hitting the radar of companies such as 5 hour energy, they could replicate the formula and use the same name with no legal repercussions whatsoever.
