I don’t disagree that they are woefully behind but the fact of the matter is:
- they have a new CEO
- they are involved in an appeal to the Marley ruling against them
- they continue to work on getting their coffee shipping. In previous posts I have noted that they are now beginning to ship coffee via Amazon.

Certainly they are not out of the woods but they continue to make some progress.
