Was left out of the exhibits of that 8k that was financially or commercially sensitive? My guess? The SCLC results!!!

My take on it is this.....

CYTRx has sold nearly everything it has of value except the LADR technology.
DK049 is still there but relatively untested. Aldo was licensed out for a pittance, stiffing all the long shareholders that put money into the company to get it through the trials. Something stinks big time with that deal and it is the non-released SCLC results.
If as I expect, the RS is rejected then I believe thieving KMan will allow this to go to OTC and then...... He sells the rest of the company to Nantcell lock, stock and two smoking barrels and then tries to ride off into the sunset, Sharpish!.

I hope he spends the rest of his retirement in the county jail!

Vote NO to the RS and then lets see if he tries to pull the same trick as Simpson did at DCTH! Fracking Crooks the two of em!
