Well I dont know Delgado, have never seen nor spoken to the man. What I do know is Delgado was CEO of GDSI prior to Sullivan but yet did allow him to take over GDSI and should have known of Sullivans checkered past with having SEC problems already prior to GDSI.
Then Delgado was an officer during the Sullivan tenure and read every Press release, knew what the actual company health was and what they could relly do or not do.
He also was paid in stock and cash during this Sullivan term that was generated from all the bullshit press releases.
He knew the NASCV deal was a scam(I mean a bad deal) and in litigation long before the SEC slammed Sully and GDSI and chose to remain an officer :)
So I do not think of Delgado as having virgin hands and the Light at the end of the tunnel for GDSI.
I believe GDSI has enough shareholders to pump the stock on any good news release that it may get to actually get it times of movement.
So I play the stock and not the company. I could care less what they do, I just want to see them go up and down. :)
