Bluestarairways, Im not attempting to be mean but Ubiquity investors have to realize the only recourse at this point is to sue the Carmichaels personally. I have met with three different law firms in Irvine and all have recommended suing Chris, Connie, Brenden, and their Carmichael children as individuals. Ubiquity investors have a great shot at winning this case due to the recent SEC filing stating they are breaking federal law.
