What "new" product? What "funding"? What "manufacture"? and really, what "revenue" are you talking about??

What about the promises that were made? What about the 25,000 bottles going overseas to figure out pricing?? What happened to "Direct Marketing". The company that was touted as the experts to do the overseas sales and assessment??

Please discuss all the PR's that stated all the other companies that were bought and that NOHO was going to change it's name to Imbutek? Only to find out that Mersky not only didn't do that, but started Imbutek as its own corporation then sold to SNNC. A company that all officers resigned from and Mersky became everything but the COO?? Discuss the fact that DRNK shareholders no longer have claim to any Imbutek companies.

Won't even go into the promised Fire side chats, the call center, the live video feed of the call center, the missing 1.8 million dollar revenue pr'd that Mersky touted would be DRNK's.

Sorry to say, after almost a year as CEO, Mersky has done nothing to increase shareholder value, and has failed miserably in his fiduciary responsibilities. Hell, the company is now Dark.
