litigation was resolved, and a judgement was issued. Just need to issue shares for judgemnt in cleaning up the shell . All these things that have been done MANY times in past RV deals. Easy Peasy to clean up this shell and do a reverse merger. but very hard to do when Weis won't talk. Going to get nasty soon. Hes not looking out for shareholders interests, which makes NO sense , as he owns 5 million shares. MAybe he has a superior deal coming soon >>>>>>>>>>> he had better or he's in trouble.

LOOK at ITEK, OVIT can be just like them with a reverse merger.
