My thoughts for today 9/15/17

1. @POWERBATTLES: Your support is appreciated. Unfortunately for me to get full posting privileges reinstated on the OTTV board, I need to contain myself from posts resulting in TOS violations. Basically, I need to keep posting my one-a-day on the OTTV board for 20 consecutive days without having a post removed. And even then, there is no guarantee – the wording is vague but it seems like even if I do successfully accomplish this goal, they will still review all of my posts (even on other boards) before deciding whether or not I’ve successfully rehabilitated myself.
And given that even my original DD post was removed as “Off-topic”, I’m not particularly confident in the neutrality of those in charge of my iHub posting fate. So couple that, with all the shenanigans I pull on some of the other tickers I follow, which will also apparently be a factor in this decision, (lol… I definitely pissed off the ADMIN overseeing the USRM board yesterday) and I’d wager that I’ll be on this 1-post plan for the foreseeable future.

With that being said, I did just set up this board to solve this issue.

3. @Percival77: Re: clarification of a statement made in the 2nd DD:
Here is the quote in question: “He got legal rights to stream over-the-top ALL OF THE
NETWORKS that the cable companies like Comcast, Verizon, and Spectrum are able to offer.”
To clarify, what I meant was that outside of the major cable companies mentioned above (who already have the rights broadcast all the major networks), VIVA is the only exclusively OTT company to achieve this feat – something which even proved too elusive for the big and mighty Apple: http://www.macworld.co.uk/news/apple/apple-streaming-video-service-3610603/

4. And a final thought for today:
Jenny (yes from Jenny Live) is a visionary. Her star is about to rise meteorically, as will the others who get their channels set up in VIVA early on. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for anyone who has ever dreamed of having their own TV station. Someone should tell all the YouTube primadonnas about this too. They’d be fools not to ingrain themselves into the VIVA channel line up before this explodes. Think about the exposure they’ll get when every new subscriber starts exploring all of the new channels they’ve never heard of and they come across a familiar sounding name from something they saw on youtube once, like cutiepie and all the others of that ilk…
Anyway the opportunity is there for anyone with the desire to do so, to get started right now and have it appear to the masses as if they’ve been running an established channel for who knows how long. Never before has a conduit to stardom been made so easily and readily available!!
