I 'm involved on a number of these penny boards and the complaints always seem to be the same. The cel is a crook or incompetent. Let's face it most management is neither. It surprises me that many don't realize that this is the nature of a penny stock. Those in pennies must realize that you pay your money and take your chances hoping to catch lighting in a bottle. Most of the time that will not happen. Not because of incompetence or thievery.
