Joborders, I like your optimism, but let's get real here. Worrall sucked Amerilithium (AMEL) dry and Remo came in to takeover and manage what little was left from Worrall's closet cleaning.

Remo evidently is not top-grade management, you only need to take a look at his other company ADHC to see he uses it for income, selling stock he's allocated to himself.

Remo tried to pawn off AMEL by reinventing it into Integrated Energy Solutions Inc (IENG), posting Robert Rosinski (another yokel with a failed business) as President and CEO to Patten Energy (Ezekiel Patten, Jr) whose business had already filed bankruptcy a few years back.

Here we have three yahoo's who have proven they are failures in attempts to run a business.
