MD. Unfortunately, as always, you are wrong. I purchased GLEC shares directly from the company when they were raising money for operations. GLEC and their fraudulent executives misrepresented the opportunities the company was engaged in. I believe some of my money went directly to Castlrberry operations by handing money to GLEC executives for shares of stock when they were raising money as a company. Good luck to PU. Fed prison isn't so bad.
