The Funds are managed by USCF Advisers LLC (the “Adviser”). The Adviser has been registered as an investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) since July 2, 2014, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wainwright Holdings, Inc. (“Wainwright”). Wainwright is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Concierge Technologies, Inc., a company publicly traded under the ticker symbol “CNCG”.

As compensation for the Adviser’s services and its assumption of certain expenses, each Fund pays the Adviser a management fee equal to a percentage of the Fund’s average daily net assets, which is calculated daily and paid monthly by the Fund.
