If this number is true, yes indeed 4,000 shareholders is a lot and it could mean more than a simple number.

For example, 4,000 shareholders holding 200,000 shares each bought at 4 cents. Say good bye to that 8,000 Dollars used Toyota 4,000 times and then BINGO, no shares available for the Chinese.

Just a subject of talk. Nasty pms will NOT save DOLV if FINRA discovers it is a scam. After all no need to defend a good stock, just explain why it is a good stock with something else beside pictures of high speed train and yellow bikes.

Really think that " 4,000 " has a serious meaning.
