I agree and think $PMPG will prevail

It is my opinion- that we will likely hear communication once the new management is able to. I think it's fair to say- the deal with Satic is definitely over. Over as in- rescinded. The debt- rescinded.

$PMPG- may come out of this far better than we can possibly realize today. The rose colored glasses I'm looking through - focuses on the fundamentals of the stock - the SS and the cleaned up shell. Easy target for a private solid revenue company going public.
