In Hindsight, I should have sold when Tang Capital sold. I think tang was spooked by the initial results. I should have seen it then, but I think I was too blinded by love for the stock and pipeline. It happens, but It doesn't matter in 2016 I sold it and put is a tax loss lesson. It's okay though I made the money back and then some. Bought 10,000 shares of CNAT at $1.90 average and it's already sitting at $5.70 or so (bought at $1.90 before the deal with Novartis was announced)
