Could be the name of the game?

So if you take 20.5 X 2 X 10 do you get 410 million ?

If you have 400 million Encounter restricted that passed through Dubia in DU @ $2 usd...

Is that a 400 million Foriegn float with 10 million over sold to buyout for 800,000,000 shares ?

Could take a while to get 10 million ?
