I expect that today they will announce that settlement discussions are over and that the appeal will proceed.
PPS might react a bit, but not too much and not to long.
I hope for no visible sign of dilution, and hope that nothing happens until the court reaches its final decision.
That way I know that I just have to stay put, and will not be sorry until that moment. I hate making decisions.
Anyway. I got some powder dry just in case it goes to the trips again.
But I hope for a quick outcome, which I hope will be at the latest in January.
