That's what I thought Too. I could buy more shares Friday. So I put in My order for another 999,999 shares At 9:56 AM Friday morning To see If theses Manipulating MM's would sell Me More shares since I had so much trouble getting them filled on Thursday and Thought My Broker had straighten This MM Out. Looking at the O/S there is only a few company shares to dilute. So what's left is shareholders and MM's Phantom Air shares IMO.
Here is my Order Notice at the bottom It says Open. They did not fill my GTC Order It is still Open and It will stay open Until they fill it or it expires on 11/07/17

Why did MM's not fill my order?
I gave my Broker an ear full:

6:35:19 PM CDT :xxxx : look at my chat from yesterday with my UNGS order that cantor fitzgerald would not fill until I called Y'all and complained

6:38:10 PM CDT : broker Rep .: Yes I do see what you are talking about. I am not sure what can be done today now that the market is closed?

6:40:12 PM CDT : xxxx: I placed another buy order at 9:56 ET this morning at .0001 which is what the ask was and still is and MM's was showing many millions on the ask at .0001 I decided not to call this time and see If these short Manipulative MM's that Y'all keep making excuses for would fill my order.

6:42:22 PM CDT : xxxx: Guess what My order is still open. so quit making excuses for the MM's and get an MM that will fill an order. It should have been filled first thing this morning. what kind of excuse does my Broker want to make now,

6:43:42 PM CDT : xxxx: I will roll over my account to a broker that will satisfy my orders if y'all can not get the job done.

6:43:58 PM CDT : xxxx: Please explain to me what happen today

6:46:16 PM CDT : broker Rep: We can submit a request to have that trade you are talking about looked at. Unfortunately our Trade Support group is gone for the weekend so I cannot find anything out today. If you notice orders not being filled you need to call in during market hours to see if we can do something about it.

They did not fill my buy order Friday and It took 37 minutes to fill my UNGS$$$ order Thursday morning with a phone call. Cantor Fitzgerald was the MM holding me Up and without that phone call it would have not got filled. I let my broker have a ear full. Guess what I put another buy order in Friday morning and did not call my broker again to complain. because they where suppose to have fixed the problem Thursday after many complaints. Guess what happen I did not get filled.
My order is still Open.

So I think I have a Good Idea Who Held up Our Dividend for months while many got discouraged and Blamed Doc Anderson I Blame Our Brokers and MM's.
Any way that is now water under the bridge and Wayne Finally got us our Greater Cannabis Divvy.
S1 registration has be accepted by the Sec and we should be trading it soon.
Now Doc has us an E2 divvy for record holders Sept 15th.
things are starting to get exciting here once again.
One thing is for Sure shorts hate Divvy's.
