This is a trade, not an investment, and, fundamental analysis is irrelevant for 99% of OTC stocks, no point in doing it. Charts and indicators showed weakness, alerted a sell, as it showed prior support, alerting a buy, now, watch for possible re-entry, or, not, makes no difference, money made...law school and MBA myself, neither do much for trading, aside from access to legal docs...side note, still don't know what the company pretends to do, nor do I care.
