At least John Nano communicated with the shareholders, investors, analysts and anyone else interested. Whether all the information was accurate or not, it does prove he was literate (or, if he did not write this, he retained good PR folks).
I am so glad to read those studies "were underway at several prestigious university medical center". Apparently eight years later they are still underway. Pity those poor test subjects having to endure pain for all these years. It must have been difficult to analyze the outcomes, as well, since Massey already had promising early results when this statement was written.
