Are the Yuan, Euro, and Yen the Safe Haven Currencies?

Use to be when the world threatened to blow itself up, everyone ran to the USD.

Not anymore. This is the third NK scare in a month and each time the dollar tanked and the new safe havens rose. I can understand the Euro, but both the Yuan and Yen are at ground zero. Nevertheless the market has spoken.
