Out of curiosity, who's making money with the rental franchise? When you click on the link, you see 9 motopeds in the photo. So to be generous, let's assume 10. So now the franchise has purchased 10 motopeds from COVEY for $4000 (being generous again) each. Total of $40K. The franchise is done buying. No more revenue stream to COVEY. Now, the franchise needs to rent 1 motoped @ $100 for 8 hrs day. That's approx. 400 rentals to recover costs. Doesnt even cover overhead, insurance, helmets etc. However, once $40k is recovered, rest is profit (in theory). The franchise continues to make revenue. COVEY is done after initial purchase. Maybe COVEY gets a small royalty % from rental revenue, but I doubt it. Seems to me if the person is lucky, the only person who makes money is the franchise owner, with a limited investment purchase of motopeds. Looks to me COVEY would have to see several hundred franchises open up if each purchased 10 motopeds, for COVEY to make much if any money, thats after his costs for production are taken out. Motopeds may get a few franchises, but that's about it imo. MTVX shareholders will never see a dime.
