Utterly ridiculous! Totally preposterous!! The belatedly filed, sad-sack State case was completely without merit. Every single point and every single contention was the same as those that were thrown out in the Federal case for lack of evidence. WaWa couldn't produce one single witness, not one single affidavit, not a phone record a receipt nor even a transcript to support anything he claimed.

Walthers is a narcissistic con man with a penchant for living off other peoples money and shareholder loans ... then filing bankruptcy when people try to recoup their money.
