Your supposed accurate information from some source doesn't trump the information that is provided by OTCmarkets and is in plan English on their form.

I did say the company didn't need to apply but that is assuming they had an account and why would a public company maintain an account.

You can choose to ignore what OTCmarkets provides in their application and believe your supposed experienced source but several things that person told you are not even included on the application.

Certainly if the company hasn't paid their TA they are going to be delayed until such time they pay.

Anyone knows that so if they are this big deal company they pay their bills.

You can ignore the DD on post as I do yours as I know better.

I told people this was a scam from the beginning and got the same treatment as I do from you now.

If they get a CEO, complete a r/m I may change my mind and you are free to say I told you so.

There is nothing stopping KRFG is having an OTC account today. Somebody is an officer and director or the company would be revoked by Delaware SOS. You don't need a CEO to open an OTC account, just any officer and director. If and when a CEO shows up you add them as an authorized user the form is shown in the OTC form I have liked several times.
