Appears complete lack of liquidity may be the cause for pbio trading as low as .70. The huge reverse split and subsequent collapse of share price plays a big part in this.

Does management have any explanation why they implemented a 1:30 reverse split prior to closing the funding which would have qualified pbio to list on nasdaq? They had until the end of Dec to do this and its purpose was to qualify for nasdaq.. They did it anyway - No Nasdaq!

Looks like a massive miscalculation by the BODs that shareholders are paying a hefty price for

To approve an amendment to our articles of organization to effect a reverse stock split of our Common Stock by a ratio of not less than one-for-two and not more than one-for-thirty at any time within twelve months following the Meeting for the purpose of assisting the Company in meeting the listing requirements of the NASDAQ Capital Market or another exchange, with the decision of whether or not to implement a reverse stock split and the exact ratio to be set at a whole number within this range to be made by our Board of Directors in its sole discretion.
