Yeah if they give it some Mojo. By the looks of the filing these shareholders have been holding on for years on SPPC I'm almost positive if history serves me right they will want to take profits after the RS.

Same old BS shell game. SPPC needs money to make money. They have to pay for everything upfront to make their products... and where is the money coming from?
