CEO has not updated us shareholders for 2 years thinking that whatever he was working on was some big secret of his. He failed a basic fiduciary duty of not just keeping investors updated but providing the filings. He could have just filed a form 15 so the SEC wouldn't ever halt but I doubt he knows about it. lets see if he will even respond to the SEC.. Who are the company's lawyers anyone?

If only I had the chance I would vote him out. We have 10 days to convince the judge that the company was doing something about the filings. Such incompetent management! They could have just updated 2016 filings as the first step taking it one step at a time like I told them but he wishes to do everything at once and the result is this, nothing gets done.
