that is not likely to ever happen. the suspension notice has declared the form 211, which allows market makers to post quotes, to be invalid. it is now illegal for mm's to post quotes.



yes I know that, my question is until what point would it be allowed for mm's to re enter the scene? when SEC allows? what are the conditions that must be met for the SEC to grant mm's permission?

they did not file bc they did not have the $ is this illegal?
