Learn from your mistake and never buy shares in a non-SEC registered company ever again. Almost all of them are either insider enrichment schemes or outright frauds.

Real, legitimate companies register and report to the SEC. Those that aren't, don't. And CRGP never did. No publicly traded non-SEC reporting company is EVER worthy of a penny of investment capital. EVER.
