Thank you again for your interest in Xtera. To clarify, Xtera Inc. now the existing entity which was formerly Xtera Communications, is the active entity and is privately owned by HIG Capital. While it may appear to be publicly traded it is actually not since it is private. The other part of the company that was not assumed by HIG Capital is an entirely different entity and is currently undergoing Chapter 7 dissolution.
