Snow Yes, this is new to me. Can you provide me with details? :)

He is only human, and makes mistakes (because we will not listen?), but he is NOT stupid. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to care much about shareholders values, neither short-term, nor long-term - this might be caused by his lack of financial matters, and/or that he think that a heavy dillution now will be better for the long run, and/or that he doesn't realise that shareholders doesn't share his timeline and patience (some of you clearly do!).

He does have some excellent moves, and he might have some in his sleave for us in Q3/Q4. Actually, his plans (getting rid of the collateral shares before the PPS skyrockets?) might be the reason why he let the PPS fall without stepping in. I.e he might care that we're hurting, but working without our knowledge towards our best interest. It is just painful when we're kept in the dark :(

After the TRW-divi, if SIAF starts with cash divis (and hopefully also buybacks) then I don't mind that he continues building his empire (as long as we don't have more financial weirdness). I'll probably have to sell of part of my shares since I'm knee-deep in SIAF now and went all in this summer, but SIAF has such a huge potential so I would really like to remain a shareholder in SIAF for years to come :)

Of another note I think he described TRW as risk-averse. I hope that's true.
